Welcome to NotteChat! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our app ("NotteChat" or "the App") and website (nottechat.com). By using either, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t, please refrain from use.

1. Use of NotteChat

• Purpose: Chat with documents (e.g., PDFs) via AI for personal, non-commercial use.
• Age: You must be 13+ to use NotteChat.
• Your Responsibility: You’re liable for your uploads and interactions.

2. Document Chatting

• Free Tier: Chat with one PDF at a time.
• Pro/Ad Features: Unlock multi-document chats via Pro subscription or ads (max 3/day).
• Processing: We process PDFs temporarily for chat—deleted post-session.
• Demo: Website "Try Demo" shows a sample chat—no personal data needed.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: Single-PDF chat; ads unlock temporary multi-doc access.
• Pro Subscription: Upgrade for unlimited docs and offline mode, auto-renews via Google Play/Apple App Store. Cancel anytime—no partial refunds.
• Restore: Use "Restore Purchases" to reclaim subscriptions.
• Tracking: Subscriptions are logged in Firebase Analytics for revenue.

4. Ads

• Rewarded Ads: Watch up to 3 ads/day for one-time feature unlocks (e.g., multi-doc chat).
• Tracking: Ad views are logged via Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ours: NotteChat’s app, website, and AI tech are owned by the NotteChat Team.
• Yours: You own your uploaded PDFs; we process them only for chat.

6. Privacy

• Policy: See our Privacy Policy for data details.
• Third Parties: Google (AI, Ads, Analytics) and app stores have separate policies.

7. Prohibited Actions

• Don’t: Upload illegal content, spam, or misuse the App/website.
• Result: Violations may lead to access suspension.

8. Liability

• As Is: NotteChat is "as is"—we’re not liable for use-related damages, AI errors, or connectivity.
• Risk: Chat accuracy depends on your docs—use wisely.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms—check here. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Termination

• Us: We can terminate access for breaches.
• You: Stop using NotteChat anytime.
